How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day during office hours. Existing support clients have a direct line and agreed response times.
What does a first consultation cost?
Nothing. The first call or site visit is free and ends with a short written summary of what we recommend, whether or not you hire us.
How do you price projects?
Every project is quoted against a written scope before work starts. If the scope changes mid-project we quote the change before doing it, so the invoice never surprises you. Ongoing support is a simple monthly fee.
Do you work outside Lahore?
Yes. We deliver projects across Punjab and support clients remotely anywhere in Pakistan. Site visits are scheduled whenever the work needs hands on equipment.
Can you take over a system someone else built?
Usually. We start with a paid review of the existing code, network or infrastructure, tell you honestly what shape it is in, and then propose either a clean-up or a rebuild.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Source code, cloud accounts, domains and licences are registered in your name from day one, and we hand over full documentation at the end of every project.
We only need a small fix. Is that too small?
No. Plenty of relationships started with a stubborn Wi-Fi problem or a spreadsheet that needed to become a proper tool. Tell us what is broken and we will say what it takes.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours or we can provide a standard mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.
