Distribution management portal

The challenge

Orders arrived by phone and chat, stock counts were reconciled weekly, and management had no reliable daily sales picture.

What we did

We built a role-based portal where sales officers place orders from their phones, warehouse staff pick and dispatch, and management sees live sales, receivables and stock. Daily reports are emailed automatically.

Clinic records cloud migration

The challenge

A single ageing server held all patient records with no tested backup, and branch clinics could not access it reliably.

What we did

We containerised the application, moved it to a managed cloud host with nightly encrypted backups and point-in-time restore, and connected every branch through a zero-trust access layer.

Warehouse network & CCTV

The challenge

Handheld scanners dropped connection between racks, and the previous camera system left blind spots at loading bays.

What we did

A full RF survey informed access-point placement. We installed a fibre backbone, PoE switching, 48 IP cameras with 30-day retention and a segmented network for scanners, office and CCTV.

OT network security hardening

The challenge

PLCs and HMIs sat on the same flat network as office PCs, and equipment vendors used shared passwords over public remote-desktop tools.

What we did

We designed a segmented OT network with an industrial firewall, moved vendor access to audited, time-limited VPN sessions, and added passive monitoring for unusual traffic.

Cold storage temperature monitoring

The challenge

Staff logged cold-room temperatures on paper twice a day. A chiller fault overnight could spoil stock worth millions of rupees before anyone noticed, and auditors wanted continuous records.

What we did

We installed wireless temperature and humidity sensors in every cold room and a small edge gateway that reads the chiller controllers. Readings stream to a cloud database, and a responsive web app shows room conditions, chiller status, alarm history and 24-hour trends. Threshold breaches trigger SMS and email alerts to the on-call engineer.

Generator fleet telemetry

The challenge

Generators failed to start during outages because low fuel and battery faults went unnoticed until it was too late.

What we did

Modbus RTU controllers were bridged to a central collector. A dashboard tracks fuel level, load, run hours and fault codes per unit and pushes alerts to WhatsApp and email when thresholds are crossed.
